This section provides information on the European Medicines Agency's (EMA) calls for tender for the supply of goods, services and works.
The EMA issues calls for tender subject to the rules of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement.
Interested suppliers need to apply to an EMA call for tender or respond to a call for expressions of interest to be preselected as a potential candidate for restricted invitations to tender. The Agency is unable to respond to unsolicited calls from suppliers.
Calls for tender with a value exceeding €135,000 are advertised in this section once they have been published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) database, the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union dedicated to public procurement.
The EMA also publishes information on tenders with a value between €15,000 - €135,000 and on calls for expression of interest as a means to preselect candidates for future restricted invitations to tender.
Closed calls for tender for the current year and past two years remain available for consultation in the archive, while earlier tender notices can be found in the TED database.
