Interim placements

The European Medicines Agency sometimes uses recruiting agencies (also known as temping agencies) for the short-term placement of interim staff. 

Interim staff are usually contracted by the recruiting agency while working at the EMA for a period of three to six months. 

Interim staff usually work in secretarial/administrative roles. Some examples of job profiles are provided below to illustrate the type of work you could carry out as an interim at the EMA.

• Example: Standard job profile for secretarial / clerical tasks
• Example: Specific job profile for an information-technology specialist in Programme and Project Management
• Example: Specific job profile for a university graduate in the Human Medicines Evaluation Division
• Example: Specific job profile for a university graduate in the Human Medicines Research and Development Division
