European Medicines Agency closed 23 December 2013 to 2 January 2014

The European Medicines Agency will be closed from 18:30 on Friday 20 December 2013 and will re-open at 7:30 on Friday 3 January 2014.

Applicants should be aware that any submissions of applications (both by courier and by eSubmission Gateway) made during this period will be accepted but only processed when the Agency re-opens on 3 January 2014.

Outside of working hours and on public holidays, it is possible to call the product emergency hotline on [phone]. Please note that this is an emergency number and should only be used in the event of a potentially serious problem with a centrally authorised product.
