European Union regulatory workshop on medication errors

The workshop is organised by the European Union regulatory network and is aimed at raising awareness of this important public-health issue, discussing the new legal requirements for reporting medication errors and developing best practice among stakeholders. Preregistration open until 21/12/2012. Registration closed.
