What is changing?

Product contact management will move to a self-service model, allowing IRIS Industry Coordinators to update information directly via IRIS portal. - Improved transparency and traceability
All product contacts will be visible via IRIS portal and any updates/changes automatically sent to EMA , providing full auditability and a complete history of changes.
