Event summary

Following last year’s ACT EU muti-stakeholder platform kick-off workshop, EMA is organising an annual meeting of the Multi-stakeholder platform (MSP) established as part of the Accelerating Clinical Trials in the EU (ACT EU) initiative.

The MSP acts as a vehicle for clinical trials stakeholders and regulators to come together, voice their views and collaborate to improve the clinical trials environment for European patients and citizens.

The annual MSP meeting aims to:

  • review the key achievements of ACT EU since its inception and their impact on clinical research;
  • discuss the current clinical trials landscape, including other key initiatives, and stakeholder needs for an improved environment;
  • look to the future to visualise what success looks like for different stakeholder groups and identify quick wins that could drive a rapid change.

The event will be broadcast and a video recording will be made available after the event.
