The 2nd Joint DIA/EMA/CMDh Conference on Variations will provide an opportunity to discuss first experiences after implementation of the new Variations Regulation in MRP/DCP and CP and whether the objectives proposed “simpler, clearer, more flexible legal framework” have been achieved. Speakers from the EMA, the CMD(h), National Competent Authorities and pharmaceutical industry will give their opinion on successful and unsuccessful aspects of the new Variations Regulation, as well as the procedural and classification guidelines.
