To sustain the adoption of the PLM Portal web‑based eAF during the strongly recommended use phase, the EMA proposes this Q&A clinic. 

The clinic aims to support users in adopting the web‑based eAF by answering questions, addressing uncertainties and showcasing new functionalities, user‑experience enhancements and interface improvements.
