The fifth multi-stakeholder Paediatric Strategy Forum, organised by ACCELERATE in collaboration with EMA and with participation of the FDA focused on epigenetic modifiers, including BET inhibitors, in children and adolescents.
The objectives of the forum were to identify epigenetic targets or mechanisms of action relevant to paediatric cancers and to define the landscape for paediatric drug development of epigenetic
modifiers. Participation was restricted and by invitation only
