New approach developed by the Joint Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization Expert Committee on Food Additives for exposure and maximum residue limit assessment of residues of veterinary medicinal products - Scientific guideline

This document describes the new approach of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) for the estimation of chronic dietary intake for use in MRL assessments for veterinary drugs. It is followed by the discussion and conclusions of the CVMP.
