Risk-analysis approach for residues of VMPs in food of animal origin - Scientific guideline

This document outlines the current risk assessment approach for the establishment of maximum residue levels. It also provides a review of existing approaches and addresses the future approach for assessments in light of experience. Read together with the  explanatory note on implementation.
