Overview
By its judgment of 14 March 2024 in Case C-291/22 P, the Court of Justice annulled the Commission Implementing Decision of 6 July 2020 refusing marketing authorisation for Hopveus. As a result, the European Commission has returned the opinion adopted by the CHMP for Hopveus on 30 April 2020 to the Agency. EMA is now taking the necessary steps to implement the judgment of the Court of Justice.
