Heads of Medicines Agencies (HMA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA) are hosting the second HMA/EMA multi-stakeholder forum on EudraVigilance and signal detection on Tuesday, 1st December 2026.

This forum offers a unique opportunity to engage in a landmark moment for EudraVigilance, recognising 25 years of its contribution to pharmacovigilance in the EU.

The main objectives of the Forum are to:
