Have your say on EMA’s communications – how are we doing?
EMA has launched a communication perception survey.
The aim of the survey is to collect feedback on EMA’s external communication from patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, academics, media, pharmaceutical industry and other regulators.
Their feedback will help EMA to further improve its communication activities and products and to meet the communication needs of stakeholders and partners.
The biennial communication perception survey is complemented by a series of smaller surveys that are targeted at specific stakeholder groups.
EMA invites everyone to fill in the survey by Friday, 30 September 2022. It is anonymous and should take around 15 minutes to complete.
The Agency has conducted three communication perception surveys since 2015. The findings and resulting recommendations from the survey will be discussed with stakeholders.
