'Send a question' form not working

The European Medicines Agency has recently discovered that its form to send a question to the Agency has not been working reliably for the past few weeks.
It cannot guarantee that it has received all of the requests sent using this form since the evening of 17 July 2013.
Anyone wishing to send a query to the Agency should use the e-mail address info@ema.europa.eu until further notice.
Anyone who has attempted to send a question to the Agency on or after 17 July 2013 and has not received an acknowledgment or a response to their submission should resend their question to info@ema.europa.eu at their earliest convenience.
The Agency apologises for the inconvenience caused by this technical problem.
The Agency has taken the form off-line while it works to resolve the issue. It will provide an update as soon as the service has been restored.
