Event summary
This is the first system demo of 2026, and the 17th ever held by EMA as part of its Agile Network Portfolio management.
A system demo is an event held at the end of a planning interval (a three-month period of work) to demonstrate the developments achieved in that period and to collect stakeholder feedback.
Participants have the opportunity to review what has been delivered, give feedback and ask questions about future planned work via Slido.
EMA will demonstrate developments with several products including:
- 09:05 CET: EudraGMDP - Public/private search and creation of Manufacturing and Importation Authorisation (MIA)
- 09:35 CET: European Shortages Monitoring Platform (ESMP) - Manufacturing information data submission in crisis/MSSG-led preparedness situations – inclusion of NAP manufacturing sites from PMS
- 10:00 CET: Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) modernisation
- 10:30 CET: Union Product Database (UPD)
- 10:50 CET: Electronic Product Information (ePI)
- 11:00 CET: Electronic Common Technical Document version 4 (eCTD v4.0)
- 11:15 CET: Electronic Application Form (eAF)
- 11:45 CET: Product Management Service (PMS)
- 12:00 CET: Product User Interface (PUI)
- 12:20 CET: Procedure Management (RPM) for Product Lifecycle Management on IRIS
