Event summary

This webinar builds on the knowledge and experiences on clinical site agreements across Europe held during an earlier ACT EU webinar. By fostering collaboration, promoting the exchange of best practices and improving access to existing contractual models, this webinar aims to identify opportunities to streamline contractual processes and support the timely initiation of clinical trials.

The webinar brings together additional national and EU-level perspectives to share progress, lessons learned and ongoing initiatives aimed at supporting the streamlining of Clinical Site Agreements across Europe. It also highlights the launch of a publicly accessible repository of existing Clinical Site Agreement templates on the ACT EU website, expected in the first week of December. The repository should facilitate knowledge sharing and provide sponsors, clinical trial sites and other stakeholders with easier access to existing templates and practices across EU/EEA Member States.
